Class Guidelines & Structure

  • 75-min small-group session blending core education & participant-specific customization

  • Limit 6 participants for meaningful discussion and individual attention

  • Minimum 3 participants required to run the class - or alternate date or refund is offered

  • Each participant submits up to 2 topic-related questions in advance via the class form
