Good to Know: Home Reset FAQ’s

  • A four-hour Refresh Session is designed to restore, maintain, and fine-tune the organization systems already in place in your home. Think of it as bringing your home back to baseline - not starting over.

  • Home Refresh is designed for busy households who want ongoing support keeping their home organized. It's ideal for maintaining established spaces and systems before everyday life has a chance to undo them.


  • Every home, and every Refresh, is different. Your organizer works through your priority areas in order, with the number of spaces refreshed depending on their size, current condition, and the level of attention each needs. 

  • Refresh Sessions aren't intended for significant decluttering, developing brand new organization systems, full-blown transformations, packing or unpacking, or product-heavy projects. If a space has moved beyond a Refresh, we'll let you know and recommend a Signature Organizing Session instead. 

  • Refresh visits are scheduled in advance when your package is purchased, with dates reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We'll check in before each visit to confirm your current priorities. All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase. Refresh Packages are nonrefundable and nontransferable, and our standard cancellation and rescheduling policy applies.

  • Your organizer may recommend products that would help maintain your existing systems, but product shopping and sourcing are not included a Refresh Session. Any recommended products are purchased separately. 

    To complete your session, we're happy to take a manageable amount of pre-approved donations that can be safely carried and transported by your organizer.
